Hello! My name is Dawid, I am a graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Kinesiology. I am a first generation Polish-American and I could not be more proud of my family for giving me this opportunity. Growing up, sports consumed my life, from playing football to breaking a school record in swimming, I’ve always had a passion for sports, fitness and now helping people improve their overall mobility. With over a year and a half of stretching experience under my belt, I look forward to continuing my work with the greater Elmhurst community through one-on-one assisted stretching to increase mobility and enhance overall quality of life.
